WebMail

This article describes how to use the WebMail service to read your e-mail from any web browser in the world, as well as REply or compose new email. To set up your computer's email program to use a POP account, open POP Account Setup.

To use WebMail:

1.    In the URL address bar of your web browser type in "webmail" followed by your domain name. For example: if your domain is myonlinedomain.com, then enter webmail.myonlinedomain.com  The WebMail login page then appears as shown below:



2.     For the Username enter the e-mail address you want to check. For example, sales@myonlinedomain.com.

3.    Enter your password and click on the Login button. A list of your e-mail messages will appear as shown below:



4.     Click on the subject to open, read and reply to an email.  For full details on how to use the WebMail service click on the Help link at the top of the page.

4.     To quit WebMail click on the Logout link.

6.     REMEMBER:

Your Standard Mailbox will stop accepting email when you have 500 messages or fill up the maximum of 20 M disk space, which ever occurs first. It is important to DELETE emails which you no longer want to retain.

NOTE: If using a public terminal, quit WebMail by clicking on the Logout link – AND, QUIT the browser.
